Pre print

The constant investment in equipment and the Computer to Plate (CTP) system allows engraving directly on plates. This brings more agility, economy and quality to the final result.

Printing

Our high quality printers guarantee an accurate and uniform color reproduction, which generates more flexibility and cost reduction for your company. In addition, specialized professionals are present throughout the process to ensure perfect printing.

Finishing

The flexibility to meet the needs of each project is combined with the quality of special finishes, such as: application of varnishes, hot-stamping machines and options to finish the job with all efficiency.

Paints

To increase the quality and efficiency of printing, Carton Druck produces all the inks used in its processes. This ensures color fidelity in each batch produced.

Quality

CARTONDRUCK operates in the graphics segment, specializing in the development and manufacture of carton packaging for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and hygiene and cleaning industries. It has had a certified quality management system since 1997. We have a constant concern for the satisfaction of our customers through the fulfillment of technical requirements and delivery times. All processes are mapped and constantly seek improvement.

Food Safety

CARTONDRUCK produces food packaging and therefore has a constant concern for food safety. The company has implemented and maintains a series of actions to prevent and control sources of physical, chemical and/or biological contamination. Operators follow procedures of good manufacturing practices and control measures have been implemented in all stages of the processes, from receiving the raw material to shipping the products.
